G-SERIES® Rollstand Features

PTi offers several unique G-Series® roll stand configurations that are used to produce thin thru thick sheet gauges (0.006 - 1.000"/0.15 - 25.0 mm) at narrow thru wide sheet widths (24 - 140"/600 - 3,550 mm). G-Series roll stands feature linear bearing guided roll actuation with direct acting cylinders positioned on roll shaft centers. TRIDENT® roll stands feature heavy duty pivot arms for roll actuation using a lever advantaged cylinder placement. REVOLUTION® is available in a vertical, horizontal, J-stack and inverted J-stack arrangement.

All PTi roll stands are available using either pneumatic or hydraulic roll actuation depending upon the application and roll loads required. AUTOGAP™ is a digital servo hydraulic roll gap positioning option with a repeatability tolerance of less than 0.0005" (0.013 mm) is available.

SUPER-G® Vertical

G-SERIES® Configurable Vertical roll stands are ideal for a wide range of sheet processing applications and offer advanced design features.

SUPER-G® Horizontal

G-SERIES® Configurable Horizontal roll stands are ideal for producing thin gauge sheet, particularly when processing low melt strength resins.

SUPER-G® J-Stack

G-SERIES® J-Stack is well suited for both low melt strength applications as well as thick sheet requirements due to its unique geometry

eG-SERIES®

PTi introduces an engineered hybrid to its robust line of G-SERIES® Configurable Roll Stands, the eG-SERIES®, comprised of many of the same design features found within the G-SERIES® product line
