By enrolling in a PTi Remote Support Plan, PTi can readily access your sheet extrusion system, perform diagnostics and resolve software/controls issues, and get your system on-line and running as quickly as possible. In addition to resolving software/controls issues, PTi can also access and analyze trends to determine process issues that can impede production.
