G-SERIES® Configurable Horizontal
G-SERIES® Configurable Horizontal roll stands are ideal for producing thin gauge sheet, particularly when processing low melt strength resins. The unique geometric arrangement permits the sheet die to be positioned in a close proximity to the primary nip point.
This eliminates pre-skinning of the extrudate associated with contacting a chrome roll prior to entering the nip.

Rear positioned hatch-ways offer ease of idler roll access for optional lamination film thread-up.

Patented M-ATEX™ (multi-axis thermal expansion) die support features IDST™ (integral die splitting technology) for on-line die cleaning.
