There are 3 control platforms available with a PTi extrusion system, basic PLC controls for speed, interlock and temperature PID coordination; TITAN® PLC controls with basic recipe, trending and other extended features; and the advance featured TITAN® Plus controls with expanded data logging, voice annunciation, VideoGAP™ preventative maintenance and more!
All PTi extrusion systems come standard with the base PLC control system. Each of the available control platforms includes a color touch screen operator interface(s) as the primary man-machine interface(MMI).
