Reclaim Extrusion Systems

PTi provides a complete range of reclaim extrusion systems. These systems have been developed for reprocessing foam, film, fluff and rigid scraps. Low bulk densities are a PTi specialty.

Circular Economy

Reclaimed plastics offer the ability to recover natural resources that may otherwise be lost or under-utilized.

Ram Fed Extruders

PTi reclaim extruders are available with reciprocating pneumatic Ram Feeders used for boosting machine performance for low bulk density applications, including foam, film, fluff and shredded materials.

Filtration Options

PTi offers several ‘recycling duty’ polymer filter options, including ‘extreme duty’ sequential, 4 cavity, dual bolt, back flushing styles.

Underwater Pelletizing

PTi provides options for underwater pelletizing for applications that may require it (i.e.: high melt PP, PET, PLA, PA, etc.) as well as for customer preferences.
