Winders

PTi offers several sheet winding options including simple single or dual position fixed shaft arrangements; to multi-position A-frame, cantilever or turret style winders. Additionally each winding system can be configured with a sheet accumulator which permits 'O' speed web handling during changeovers for safe operation. Other options include fully automatic winding solutions for automatic web transfer for turret style winders.

Cantilevered

Winding system where material is wound onto a roll supported on only one side, but with additional support mechanisms to handle heavier loads and maintain stability.

A-Frame Winders

PTi provides a selection of inline shears and stacking systems designed to effectively accommodate a comprehensive range of cut sheet production applications.

Automatic Turret Winders

Dual station A-frame winding system equipped with an accumulator for single web winding (1-up winding)
Multi-position turret style winder for dual lane winding equipped with dual arms for unloading wound rolls (2-up winding)
Sheet accumulators provide a safe method of handling webs at '0' speed or slowed to a reduced speed
