Sheers/ Stackers
PTi provides a selection of inline shears and stacking systems designed to effectively accommodate a comprehensive range of cut sheet production applications. These systems include fork style stackers with indexing tables; robotic style stackers (single or dual station); and H-frame suction cup style stackers for unidirectional stacking.
In-Line Squaring Shears
Low-profile, motor driven high-speed squaring shears for precise cut-to-length performance on plastic sheet. Available with a hump-style infeed conveyor for heavy-gauge applications.

Stacking Systems
PTi stacking systems include TITAN® integrated PLC with touchscreen HMI and support sheet widths up to 120", lengths up to 180", and payloads up to 500 lbs. Optional upgrades: secondary stacking position, reject sheet exit conveyor, and motorized skid conveying.
Gantry Stackers
Heavy-duty 2-axis gantry robots with vacuum tool frames for large-format sheet. Continuous dual-pallet operation with automatic corner justification.
Fork Style Stackers with Indexing Tables
Simple, reliable stacking for moderate throughput lines. Retracting fork fingers drop each sheet onto the stack; an indexing table lowers incrementally to maintain consistent stack height.
Pivot Conveyor Stackers with Lift Tables
Compact two-position systems. Lift tables provide precise pallet height control; motorized trolleys for fast changeover.
Robotic Stackers
Multi-axis industrial robots with custom end effectors for automated sheet picking, transferring, and palletizing. Flexible, programmable systems that adapt to changing sheet sizes and production requirements.
